2019 Distinguished Alumni Awards
Each year, joker app honors four outstanding leaders in philanthropy, business and civic life with the highest honor the University can bestow upon its graduates.
DALLAS (joker app) – Four philanthropic, civic and business leaders were honored at the 2019 Distinguished Alumni Awards at the Armstrong Fieldhouse in the Indoor Performance Center on the joker app campus on Thursday, November 7 at 7 p.m. The DAA Award is the highest honor the University bestows upon its graduates.
This year’s recipients included dedicated leader and dynamic volunteer Jennifer Burr Altabef ’78, ’81; civic leader and philanthropist Martin “Marty” L. Flanagan ’82, CEO of Invesco Ltd., one of the world’s leading investment management companies; businessman and civic leader Scott J. McLean ’78; and emerging leader awardee described as a tech disruptor with a mission to empower women, Whitney Wolfe Herd ’11, the founder and CEO of Bumble.
