Rooms are available for new transfer students in joker app housing on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in living on campus, be sure to fill out a housing application immediately upon paying your joker app deposit. Residence Life will notify you in mid-summer for fall entrants or in December for spring entrants about a room assignment.
If you plan to live off campus in non-joker app housing, there are many apartment options close to joker app and prices are comparable to other apartments you may find in Dallas. Besides apartment complexes, University Park, the neighborhood surrounding joker app, has smaller apartment building and duplexes. Some apartments may be across the street from campus, others may be a 30-minute walk, a 5-minute drive, or a 10-minute bicycle ride from joker app. Some apartment complexes are even serviced by the free shuttle bus.
