The University provides faculty, staff, and students a variety of computing resources and online services. A joker app ID (an account name that identifies you as a member of the joker app community) and password is required to access most of these services. Your account information including your password should never be shared with anyone!

my.joker app is a web based application offering a variety of features for Students, Faculty, Staff and joker app Affiliates. There are several different areas within my.joker app. However, access to each area is monitored and approved by various module leads. my.joker app is a critical application for the University offering vital functionality to students, faculty, staff, donors and affiliates.

Password
Your joker app Password is set to automatically expire after 365 days. In most cases, you will receive several email notifications prior to the expiration. All passwords must meet certain requirements. Use the Password Reset Tool to change your current password, reset your current password, or unlock your account.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your online accounts. Verifying your identity using a second factor (like your phone or other mobile device) prevents anyone but you from logging in, even if they know your password. joker app's Two-factor authentication is provided by Duo Security.
